Public Share Offer

We have set up the Barrow Gurney Community Benefit Society which will sell its shares to investors with the funds being used to buy and update the pub.  As a not-for-profit organisation that is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, the society can raise funds to acquire community assets (i.e. the Princes Motto).  Any person aged 18 or over will be able to buy the minimum number of 500 x £1 shares or any amount up to a maximum investment of £40,000. The Public Share Offer will be launched in the New Year.
